Q:  How many times per year should I clean my

A:  Twice per year. If you have 3 or more kids and a family that refuses to listen to you, a third time might be helpful

Q:  Can I clean my carpets too much?
A:  Absolutely. If more is needed, consider getting rid of the family pets.

Q: Why should I choose steam cleaning?
A:  Only hot water steam cleaning removes the deep down dirt and grime from normal pile carpets.

Q:  What if I have very tight pile carpets?
A:  No worries. Though we can’t use hot water steam cleaning, a good rotary shampooing will produce the same great results. That same tight pile that prevents us from using steam also doesn’t allow dirt to work its way deep into the carpet, as a normal pile carpet would.

Q:  Will all my carpet stains be removed?
A:  The best carpet cleaning companies will not promise that all the stains will be removed at all times. However, CleenCarpet® is confident you will be happy with our results. And so will your family and friends!

Q:  How long will the carpet cleaning technicians take to clean my carpets?
A:  General cleaning and stain removal for roughly 1000 square feet can take about 1 hour, not including a half hour for set up and clean up.

Q:  My husband and I both work. Do you have flexible appointment times?
A:  Yes. In fact, we have Saturday availability also.

Q:  How long will it take for my carpets to dry?
A:  With proper ventilation, drying time is 4-6 hours.
