Pricing is based on square footage. Depending on soiling level, the cost will be between 30-35 cents per square foot.
-In other words, a 1000 square foot area will cost between $300 and $350 USD.
Generally speaking:
-a 2BR/2BA ranch will contain approximately 1000 square feet (including living and dining rooms)
-a 3BR/2.5BA colonial will contain approximately 1500-1800 square feet (including living and dining rooms)
